Shipping Policy: CoversandCushions.com will ship to almost any address within the contiguous U.S.A. via UPS, FedEx, DHL or the Freight carrier of our choice. We can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands or locations outside the United States of America however, additional shipping charges will apply along with an extending shipping time due to the additional handling involved. Please contact us for charges concerning shipping to these addresses.
SHIPPING: We currently offer a flat rate shipping of only $10.00 to all orders shipped to an address within the contiguous U.S.A. The flat rate shipping offer is for standard ground shipping to addresses on the selected carriers routes. Expedited shipping, Rush shipments, lift gate service, or any special shipping fees are not included in this offer. ** Please note - There are some exceptions to this offer - Any product that is not eligible for the $10.00 shipping offer will have the shipping price listed on the product detail page.
Estimated Availability: Product availability and estimated shipping times listed on this site are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The availability listed is the average time the product(s) usually take to ship. Multiple Shipments on the Same Order. In order to deliver your order as quickly as possible, your items may ship from different warehouses. In this case you will not recieve all your items at the same time. Multiple shipments will not increase your shipping charges.
Returns: An RA number is required for all returned merchandise. Please call us if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason. Products such as replacement cushions and Safety covers are custom made to order to the size your choice and are not returnable unless there is a manufacturers defect. You are responsible for returning the product(s) to us, or the manufacturer, at your expense. When the item is received and inspected, you will be refunded your purchase price, minus any incured shipping charges via the same payment method you used on the original purchase. The returned item(s) may be subject to a restocking fee. We only accept returns on unused items in their original packaging.
